The first 5 grid-connected 100kW systems in Greece by Conergy

Realization of various RE installations after introduction of new feed-in-tariff in Greece (Grid-connected systems)

HLIOTROPIO Energeia O.E., Sidirokastro (Serres)

One of the projects is the first installation of grid-connected thin film PV technology which was installed in Sidirokastro, a municipality in the prefecture of Serres (in the East of Macedonia). It generates more than 110,000 kWh annually to be fed into the grid and saves more than 70,000 kilograms of CO2.

The system consists of:

1,600 First Solar modules FS 262
15 Conergy IPG 5000 inverters
3 Conergy IPG 5000 vision inverters
29 Conergy SolarGiant II mounting systems (with foundation for 130 km/h wind withstand)
1 Conergy SunReader

Installation date: September- October 2007
Client: Iliotropio Energeia O.E., Sidirokastro - Serres

Installation of the thin film modules in Serres.

NAIS O.E., Patra

Another installation was the first monocrystalline PV system with Conergy products, which was connected to the grid in November last year. This grid-connected system generates more than 125,000 kWh annually and saves more than 79,000 kilograms of CO2.

The system consists of:

570 Sharp 175 modules (NT-R5E3E)
15 Conergy IPG 5000 inverters
3 Conergy IPG 5000 vision inverters
18 Conergy SolarGiant II mounting system (with foundation for 130 km/h wind withstand)
1 Conergy SunReader
